Chuck Thompson, President.
Chuck leads William Charles Real Estate by establishing the visions and goals for the company's growth. He is responsible for strategic planning and coordinating the efforts for each of the key real estate divisions of WCRE: Land Development; Residential Development; and Commercial Development. Chuck is also the Managing Broker of William Charles Realty. WC Realty provides real estate transaction services and property management services for the properties owned and managed by WCRE.

Ron Clewer, Director of Development.
Ron manages the evaluation, acquisition, entitlement, building construction and/or renovation of new and existing single and multi-family properties as well as commercial properties. Ron is the asset manager of WCRE properties, which includes managing homeowner and condominium associations. Ron is a licensed REALTOR® Broker and a Certified Manager of Community Associations.

Bridget French, Marketing Manager.
Bridget handles the development, creation, and implementation of all marking efforts for William Charles Real Estate and William Charles Realty. Bridget also procures, transacts, and negotiates commercial sales & leases. She is a licensed REALTOR®, and oversees brokerage compliance and administration.

Julie Grace, Controller.
Julie is responsible for the financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting functions at William Charles Real Estate. She works with banks and other lenders to finance acquisitions and development. Julie is a CPA.

Ken Brown, Property Manager, Business Development Representative.
Ken is a licensed REALTOR® and has a broad knowledge of residential properties including both single and multi-family properties. Ken focuses his skills on selling condominium properties at Walden Woods, Westlake Village, and Hudson Place. Ken is also the leasing agent and property manager for Pembrook Place Apartments and William Brown Lofts.

JoEllen Schroeder, Leasing Agent, Property Manager.
JoEllen is a licensed REALTOR® and is experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to multi-family property management and leasing. JoEllen is the leasing agent and property manager for Bayberry Village in Normal and Oakbrook Court in Bloomington, IL. JoEllen manages and initiates all budgeting and planning to ensure tenant retention.

Brad Williams, Multi-Site Physical Properties Manager.
Brad is the residential and commercial property manager with a focus on tenant/owner satisfaction through maintenance and customer services. Brad supervises maintenance staff and external contractors for routine maintenance, extensive periodic maintenance, and commercial space tenant improvements/build outs.

Dan Shepherd, Maintenance Supervisor.
Dan is the Maintenance Supervisor for both Bayberry Village and Oakbrook Court, maintaining the exterior and interior of both communities while providing customer satisfaction through timely repairs and quality work. Dan works daily with tenants to repair, or evaluate the apartment units' problems, and works with contractors for any needed extensive repair work.

Rachel Brausam, Administrative Assistant.
Rachel is the Administrative Assistant for William Charles Real Estate and provides organization and support for the entire William Charles Real Estate team. Rachel maintains all WCRE files and records; assists with letter, electronic, phone, or fax communications; provides industry research as needed; as well as assists in the input and maintenance of real estate databases.
