The William Brown Building is a mixed-use development which was purchased by William Charles Real Estate in 1997 using historic tax credits. William Charles invested over $6 million into the building, turning an old bank (built in 1891-92) into 30 loft style apartments with first floor retail and office space.
On the top five floors, you will find six distinctive floor plans all which include spacious living areas with 11 foot ceilings. On the first floor, Harris Bank occupies approximately 11,000sf.
In addition to Harris Bank, there is also commercial availability on the first floor. Currently 1360sf of space is available for lease.
