The William Brown Building is a mixed-use development which was purchased by William Charles Real Estate in 1997 using historic tax credits. William Charles invested over $6 million into the building, turning an old bank (built in 1891-92) into 30 loft style apartments with first floor retail and office space.
The first floor commercial consists of Harris Bank and WC Purchasing Group. On the top five floors, you will find six distinctive floor plans all which include spacious living areas with 11 foot ceilings.
