William Charles and its affiliates are committed to working together to provide clients with the best possible services. Now, through the marketing efforts of Ragnar Benson and William Charles Real Estate, a program has been developed called One Source, One Solution.
This all inclusive approach to construction projects gives Ragnar Benson and William Charles Real Estate the ability to provide the complete package, from concept to occupancy, all administered through one point of contact. Two successful examples of our One Source, One Solution program include the McAllister Equipment building and the Ryan Jury Child Development and Learning Center.
In the case of McAllister, William Charles Real Estate sold the land and building as a package to McAllister, while William Charles Construction prepared the site, Ragnar Benson constructed the building and William Charles Electric provided the electrical services.
In the case of the Ryan Jury Daycare, William Charles Construction prepped the site, Ragnar Benson constructed the building, and William Charles Real Estate leases the building to SwedishAmerican Hospital.
